problems loading to Tree 325 with Delta 20 control

Hopefully this will be the last need help for awhile thread.

I have the Dynapath Delta 20 control.

Using gibbscam and its built in communications,.

Running a laptop and using the cable that came with the machine that was used successfully before. db9 to db25

I keep getting a load error. Trying to figure if it in in my settings, the program or the laptop. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

On the machine the settings are

    Buad rate of 1200
    PO is highlighted- parity off
    X0 is highlighted-chr off
    E0 is highlited.- echo off

In Gibbscam in my comm preferences

    Baud- 1200
    Parity- none
    Data-7
    Stop-1
    Handshake- xon/xoff
    port-com1
    end of block- LF

    $$$$

Don't Put "$" after program name (1234) and just use a "E" inplace of "END$" to end your program. You also can not have any program numbers in front of either the program name or the E at the end of your programs. Hope this helps.

On my machine I have to have T01,M06, E01 ect. T1, M6, E1, always gives me a error. I never tried T0001 like you have, which maybe OK, but I have heard other people claim you have to have 2 digits for T,M,E functions, good luck

    Thanks, I will try that.

Would you have a small file that you know loads, that you would be willing to send to me to try?

    Would appreciate it.

    Thanks

I only program in reg. G-code (EIA) so I'm not sure this will help much, but I've run this little program many times. All my programs are stored on a computer and downloaded every time I need to run them, so it has been loaded successfully many times.

Looking at your original program, on line N14 you have no decimal point, just Z0$, 99% sure you need it to be, Z0.$ or Z.0$ or Z0.0$ It's easy to miss those pesky little devils!
