    part number

    Jim,

Is there a single part number for a Powermax 85 (north america 220 volt single phase) with cpc, rs485, 25' 75° hand torch, and 25' 180° mini-machine torch? Basically a 087135 with the rs-485 already installed. What would the MSRP be on this setup?

    Thanks,
    Brad

    Brad,

No there is not a part number for a system configured that way. We currently have over 35 different system part numbers due to lead lengths, CPC options, torch choices, input voltages and regional safety certifications for just the 85. The only system we have configured with both hand and machine torch (and CPC) does not include the RS485...and comes with a remote start stop pendant for use with automated, non cnc applications such as pipe cutters, etc.

Best way to configure a Powermax for mechanized use is to download the Mechanized applications guide from the Choose your region and language | Hypertherm website...and order the power supply, torches, work cable, etc "a la cart". Our list prices are the same regardless of whether the system is bundled under one part number or ordered separately.....with the exception of the system that has both a hand and machine torch together.

Our team likes to keep part numbers to a minimum (less confusion in ordering)...so the only bundled packages are the most popular combinations.

Here is a link to get you to the downloads page...then click on "powermax mechanized Applications"....which is a guide that leads you through all of the options with part numbers. If this does not work for you...email me directly at [email protected] with details of what you need and I'll get back to you with part numbers.....and suggested list pricing. Purchase has to go through an authorized distributor. Link: http://www.hypertherm.com/en-us/Prod....jsp#downloads

    Best regards, Jim Colt
