    Unhappy Hartford HV50 axis board

    Hi Guys

    I have a Hartford V50 with a feed hold that doesn't work...
The fault has been traced to a board, part number HV-S-M500-A, at X59 pin 8

Does anyone have a schematic, spare boards or clues how to sort this? I desperately need to get it going but we seem to have no support in the UK for this stuff.

How old is the machine and what control does it have Fanuc?
i run a Hartford HV60 1995 Fanuc OM control at work.

The most parts to the machine are still possible to get from Hartford in Tawain.
Is there no reseller for Hartford in the UK?

    Hi tkgb

The control is a Mitsubishi control, similar to Fanuc. Machine is 1997 I believe. I have just had the board checked and all the relays, diodes, resistors and coils are all OK, so the fault lies elsewhere. Tomorrow I will try to bell out the cables, but without a diagram it will be tough. I will try Hartford in Taiwan tomorrow to see if I can get a schematic...

If you have a Mits control then Mits Elec Europe should be able to
    sell you a board.

CNC parts operations are handled by Mits in Germany
    Mitsubishi CNC Europe

If they cant help you Mits Americas
might be able to sell you the part

    Re: Hartford HV50 axis board

Hello, I have a Hartford VMC-1020 with Fanuc O-MD system, but the PMC ladder diagram is lost. Could you please send me an OE1/OE2 file? Thank you very much!
