    RetinaEngrave PWM Output pin

The documentation that I have says pin 15 is the output for PWM control of laser power.

This can not be right. Pin 15 is an input pin.

Am I reading this incorrectly or is it a documentation error?

Pin 15, PWM0: Hook this output through a 5v buffer to the PWM input of
the power supply. Do not hook this directly up to the power supply
as the output is only 3.3v at 2mA.

    Greolt,

The fastest way to get help is to post this question in the Full Spectrum Laser forums.

    Thanks!

Not fast really. All posts must be approved by a mod. When you are in another time zone that makes for very slow.

I purchased this controller on the understanding there is no support. So I had hoped to hook up with other users who had used it in various lasers. Not likely to happen on your forum.

Anyway I got the scope out and confirmed that the laser power control (PWM) is indeed put out on pin 15. So it is not LPT compliant.

    I will have to adapt.
