I have downloaded it from madell site, so if it's not, tell me and i search
the downloaded file. It's a software that read in the gerber file and from that it
generate the dispenser location and time/type of dot to apply. I use it on CNC.

Do you use the PNP sw. I have tested it with EMC2 instead of the deskcnc controller.
Some issues with vision on tray feeder related to uncorrected camera distortion and because that
relaxed 0.7 correlation. For real usage, i suggest replace the vision code with opencv and undistort the
camera or at least the roi using the relative function from opencv. OpenCV support for delphi/lazarus
is available, so it's just adding camera correction support and using the better optimized
opencv functions, not because different algorithm, just because faster.

I make a machine and now , all mechanics perform quite OK , and yes now I have some issues with camera (for placement parts )

Would anyone be able to recommend some free software for pick and place machine, I started to make SMD pick and place machine that had a working area of 250 x 350 mm, with 40 SMD feeder?
Do you have some program free that could manage SMD pick and place machine via LPT or USB port, and that can add a certain number of feeder and the feeder entered for each parameter X, Y, Z axes ?

Come on guys, you're not make a machine and you do not have any free program for test, I really need a program to pick and place machine, which is free, does not require a visual inspection, I need something basic where you can enter the coordinates of the feeder and enter parameters head .
Please I need help
