machining of parts for diy cnc machine

Hi, I intend to build my own cnc machine for a community enterprise ( I intend to allow people from the local community to book time on it for their own projects)and need a quote for the machining of the parts ( the main carcass and bed etc) from marine grade plywood - is there anyone near to Birmingham who can help?
Obviously you would need to see the plans to quote but at this moment I am just looking to make a contact to discuss the project.
The plans I am looking at are on the website: CNC Router Plans: Download free CNC router plans the "joes 2006 r 1" design.
I am however open to suggestions as this will be my first cnc machine ( but hopefully not my last)
    Cheers
    Ray
