    Need Help Mitsubishi

    I have a Mitsubishi Servo Amp model # MDS-A-V2-3535 that is showing a
    3b alarm. Has anyone seen this alarm or know what it is?

    Power module overheat:

    Overheating of the IPM used in the servo main driver's main circuit was detected.


    I think you'll have to replace your servo drive.
