I've rotated the cam, that trips the draw bar unclamp prox switch, as far as possible.
The maintenance timers 7010 and 7011 are set to zero (short as possible is the theory)
The draw bar appears to function just fine (and quickly) when operated manually.
The problem is the arm is just ahead of the draw bar when pulling a tool out of the spindle. It succeeds in the change but there is a definite tug between the arm and the draw bar. It is going to cause wear or break the draw bar collet.
Are there any other timers that are involved in this?
So far I see no adjustments for hydraulic flow control for the draw bar.
I've tried slightly raising the pump pressure to see if it would increase the speed of the release but it appears to have had no effect.
Tool from arm back into the spindle is flawless.
The draw bar ejects the tool (in manual) by about 1mm so I'm under the illusion the stroke of the bar is correct.
Any ideas?
