    Sourcing cable assemblies.

Is there a recommended place to source a variety of different cable assemblies. Mainly looking for board to board cable assemblies (Molex and such) but also some longer cables terminated on one end. I found a website one time that had thousands and thousands of different assemblies available, but have since lost it. Any ideas?

I've used a lot of cables from OEM equipment made by these guys, no first hand experience however.

correct answer varies with product & quantity. Anything from specialty house to China hi volume source. Not enough info.

altho I will GUESS you mean one here, one there, computer type mostly... If guess is right, we use our local source:

C2G, formerly Cables To Go - Computer Cables, Audio Video Cables, DVI Cables, USB Cables, HDMI, KVMs, Cat5E, Video Splitters, Adapter

not sure how they do it but they custom make cables like ethernet cables 10' long for like $ 1.00. crazy cheap.
