Square peg in a round hole?

    Hi.
So another basic question regarding cnc.

So i would like to cut a 90º inside corner (left image) to cut out a square out of the material (10mm thick plastic). Of course since i am using a 1/8 drill i will get something like the center image.

However i need to fit a square (with sharp edges) inside the hole i am cutting.
The solution that seems obvious to me would be to do it like the image in the right.
I could design that into the vector file, but it seems something common enough to have an automated solution, however i cannot find it in artcam.

The only thing i could find was the inlay option, but that would only work if i could also round out the corners in the piece to be inserted, but since it's cut on it's side that would be very difficult.

    Regards

You don't say which version and build your using, but in general there is no auto feature to do this, fillet only works to the inside so would not work in this case.
circle, copy paste then weld will be the obvious as this point.

Some Vectric products include that option as well.

aspire include this option but it is not automatic, you have to modify the drawing by clicking each corner!
