Multi Cam 103 was working but now we get the following error when we try to connect.

at IP address is currently using the connection to this Machine Tool . We can unplug , turn on and off and get it to work eventually but its a pain. Any ideas?

Are you using a static IP address for your machine and PC?

Yes. Both are static.

I had a similar problem, the multicam IP address will not show up on a network in some cases. The IT department issued the same IP address on another device and it would not let the router connect.
