    4 axis Nema 34, DM860A wiring help

Ignore this post, the problem ended up just being solved by checking the step low active option in the ports and pins settings in Mach 3.

for anyone who may come across this post in a search of help, if your having trouble. the linked schematics are helpful, this is picture of my wiring setup http://i.imgur.com/DyBoN.jpg I jsut added a bypass of the e-stop. and here is a video with accurate wiring as well [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFCJtXcW8t4&feature=related"]veliki steperi se okrecu - YouTube[/ame] and he goes into a good amount of detail

    Can anyone help??

    Hello Guys

First of all hello everyone. I'm Yaz and I'm from UK. I'm beginer with CNC and my problem might sound silly.Tried find answer on the forum but with no succes.

Got same set as speeddemon974 and connected everything in the same way as he showed on his video. Use Mach3 to control it with windows xp on my laptop. My motor spin but roughly and makes a lot of vibration.the speed is slow (one moment faster and second later slower) Changing velocity and acceleration in Mach3 doesn't help.Weird thing is when connected 25pin cable to the breaking board the green power light come on without power supply connected and when connected power supply after - the same light get brighter than before.

    Any suggestions or advice?

    RGDS Yaz
