    CNC Simulator

I am pulling out my hair with cnc simulator, I just loved the old version it done exactly what I needed and then they decided to not support it anymore.

I would gladly pay for a yearly fill or petrol or lifetime if required.
Cant see any reason why they cant offer that, money for nothing really they have already done the work.
The new one has to have an internet connection where as my CNC computer is not online and running win98.

Cant get any of my previously working perfectly files to work on the new version
only way I can get it to work is to remove the - from my Z commands so now it simulates the cut above the work piece!

If they dont offer a means of keeping the old version working then we need someone to crack it !

I don't get what you mean? Are you saying the old version your running does exactly what you want and doesn't need to connect to the internet? Isn't this what you want? Just keep using the old version if so, and why would you need to crack it if it works? If it's reached end of life, it doesn't mean you have to stop using it does it?

    cheers,
    Ian

The cnc simulator programs stop working (cant even open it) after about 90 days and you have to download a petrol file (as they call it) to get it going. But now they no longer support the original cnc simulator and have replaced it with one that you have to be connected to the internet to get it to work

How did you get the Petrol file before? I always though this was needed, never saw the original?
