fanuc system 6t (RAMbold) wont start

    good day,

we have a machine here fanuc system 6t, well we can power up the machine but when i pressed the "cycle start push button" it wont start but no alarm or any alarm codes.

    1. i already checked, the 24v and there is
    2. i checked also the input/output signal(diagnostic) for push button(table no:0039).
    3. i also change cycle start relay..door lock relay.
    4. checked input/output in all actuator, limit switches it seems all ok..
    5. hydraulic motor is running
    6. we change the power unit but still the same

but there is one thing that ive notice is the "cycle start indicate"(0003)..there is no output signal in diagnostic view(something like zero or one). so as ive mentioned i checked the voltages across the "cycle start push button" and there is. and i never heard relay clicking.

well, please share if someone encounter or experienced this problem before..

    thanks

If you see the CS input bit change in the diagnostics, then that circuit is ok. Likely an CS interlock signal, such as chuck unclamped, turret/magazine not clamped or out of position, is the cause. Look at the 700 series diagnostics; they may tell you more. Does the control have a built-in PLC?

@memoryman , yes there is a PLC, but i what ive saw that all indicator led lights are in green, one thing that i have noticed are the array of relays, when i pressed the cycle start button it supposed to be energised or latched but it does not, but i have a 24v output from the button

do you have 24V across the relay coil?
do you have a printout of the ladder ?
