Hi, I bought a used Enshu VMC-530 with an 11MA control. I believe the PMC parameters are corrupt. Does anyone have them in a file that they could send me? Also the control is asking me to "Please select switch lock release M code ! M** ?"

I may be able to send you an example set of PMC parameters to try. I'll try to email it to your address you provided.

Also, If you cannot edit the keep relays on an Enshu with 11M:
1. SET PWE=1
2. PRESS E-STOP
3. SET DATA PROTECT KEY TO “WRITE”
4. PRESS “CYCLE START”
KEEP RELAYS CAN NOW BE EDITED.

On that Enshu, I think you may have to command an M80 to release the interlock for operation of the tool changer commands manually.

Hello everyone.
I have also enshu vmc 1988 and I can send you parameters for that machine, but I have also problem.
When I turn on machine it show me next alarms:
SV013 INPROPER V_READY OFF (for all axis),
SV014 INPROPER V_READY ON (for all axis),
SV015 PULSCODER DISCONNECT (for all axis).
Does anyone know what are the reason of those problems.
