    465 x axis: read ID data failed

    I NEED SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE, THIS ALARM APPEARS ON MY CNC LATHE'S SCREEN.
    I KNOW WHAT MEANING IS, BUT I DONT KNOW HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS ALARM, WHAT PROCEDURE IS...?????
    BEFORE THIS ALARM APPEARS, IT WAS ANOTHER ALARM: 5136 FSSB: NUMBER OF AMPS IS SMALL..."
    I CHECKED IF THE OPTICAL CABLE WAS UNPLEGGED FROM THE SOCKET BUT NOT, IS WASN'T...
    I'M LITTLE BECAUSE I DIDN'T FIND IN INTERNET SOME RELATED WITH MY ALARM....
    IS SOMEBODY WITH KNOWLEDGES ABOUT THAT???????
    THE CONTROLLER ON MY LATHE IS A POWERMATE Oi-TC...

    The error is that the system cannot read the drive ID, so I would opt for either the cable problem or the drive itself?

    Power off and unplug the control card from the drive (if it is a A06B-6114-Hxxx) and re-insert.

    Check the CXA2A and CXA2B cables for proper insertion.

    Also check that the fiber optic cable from the CNC is plugged into COP10B for the "first drive".

    Alm 5136 can aslo occur if the PSM module A06B-6110-H0xx is "dead" or if the fiber optic cable has been damaged by rats.

    actually, i see, the problem is in the drive, sometimes when i turn on the lathe the drive stays off,just in psm module...

    Hi hrh, thanks for your comments, I checked those observations before, only I saw that when i turned on the machine, i can see the PSM module is dead because i changed the optical cable and i had same answer...
    Actually I sent the psm module with an specialist in those modules...I'm waiting for his answer...
