Hello,

We have a STX MKII 510 with cnc Mazatrol L32B-N. We transfer our programs by the RS232 link with a PC near from CNC. We can upload or download a program manualy without problem. But the CNC can also download a program directly by the RS 232 link without a manual intervention on the PC (Call mode). We can enter a program number in the CNC and launch the download but it doesn't work. My problem is that I don't know parameters of configuration in PC RS 232 transfer software. If somebody have any experience about it or any documentation it would very helpful and nice. The goal is to remove the PC and to put an RS 232 wifi link.

Do you know anyone who can help me.. Can someone send me a video or a link to Learn how to setup and run a Mazak 200 M and a Mazak 150 Super Quick Turn ...These are 1997 machines with Mazatrol controls ... I'm used to Gcode and it seems these are different. It is conversational . I need sort of a step by step instruction to set and touch off tools . It has a MSR and in the lines of a sequences what each number or abbrevation meaning?Thanks for your time . You can email or post here . Phil
