I am assuming that he means a Fanuc controller when he said 18i-M.

U could be right, but that's why I asked; I've not played around with Fanucs since at least '96 or so. I'm not very familiar with Cincy's products other than a few specials like TC-40s or XL-75s. The first is equipped with an A2100, the second with an A950. We used to have another set of XL-75s that had an A900, but sadly, we sold them.

Yar, I should have known where you were when you said Aurora and 75XL.... I supplied the motors and drives on those machines way back when, and updated the HMC (cart) servo drive back in 2006 for Mag - small world!
