    Exclamation Decimal point

    when NC output the decimal point show is 9.9563 how i need to change it to 3 decimal point? I am using Esprit 2012

    Open your post.asc file in a text editor. There is a Formatable Codes Section (see attached E2012 Formatable Codes Key.jpg) that formats output for inch, metric and zero.

    For each code is a format line. Change the number in the highlighted column from 4 to 3 (see attached E2012 Formatable Codes Example.jpg).

    How did this work out for you? Depending on the machine, sometimes you need 4 place decimals when doing things like engraving ... Sometimes only 3 place will give ARC errors....
