    Cut2D new user question.

    Hi Guys,

I'm a recent newbie to Cut2d and love the program so far. I have a question with regard to my first project with it.

I'll be cutting approx 15 different outside profiles in a small sheet of 1/4" birch ply. I used the tabs on toolpath feature on all the profiles. Now I want to change the size of the tabs. Is there a way to do this globally or do I need to edit each individual toolpath and regenerate?

    Thanks, ub52

I don't believe there are any toolpath setting that can be modifies globally.
So yes, you'll need to do it individually.

In Cut 2D how I can manage (change) the vertical tool gap for free translation from one chain or toolpath to the next ?. At this moment the program is setted at 1 mm gap, but I need more than that, at least 5 mm to asure that the tool will not hit the working piece, specially when I am milling a pocket. Many thanks for any help.

Save as v12 .dxf from AutoCAD.
