    Ikegai 1210 down

    I have an Ikegai Genesis 1210 rys machine and have lost the m17 sub program which allows the machine to return to a turning mode from the milling mode. Can anyone direct me to someone who might have a backup disc or knowledge to correct this condition?

    You may have found your answer by now, but my customer has a Ikegai Genisis 1210r. Finding it difficult to get factory assistance with our turret problem. We think wwe have a problem with the PMC parameters and or SRAM. Is your machine up and running? If so maybe you can help us with the keep relay settings and Counter settings. We would be thrilled to hear from you Thanks Mike M
