    Question Gerber Router III?

    I have a chance to get a Gerber Router 3 at a decent price. Has anyone ever used one? It is a 7'x10' bed, with a 3.5" Z axis.

    I understand that this one is not full 3D, but they sold some kind of an upgrade kit that would make it full 3D.

    95% or more of my use would be cutting acrylic for aquariums and filter systems, which is exactly what this unit has been used for previously. My guess is that it is an early 90's model, but they claim to only have 150 hours on it.

    Any comments welcome- this is a huge purchase for me.
