Low resolution curves using "Create Curve on Edges" or "silhouette boundary"

    Hello All,
Often I get very jagged interpretations of my parts' edges when I create curves from solid or surface edges. They show up as facets when doing 2D and 3D contour toolpaths, not smooth lines/arcs. It is not my native 3D file's resolution as I have the problem whether importing an iges or native Solidworks file. Is there a place to increase the resolution setting for this problem?
    I thank you in advance,
    Jeff

You are just talking about how looks on the screen correct?
