    start up error

    We have a RH30 with a cent 7 control we started it this morning and are getting a error code #1. powered up and down acouple time did not help. any ideas. thanks

    Not seen that before but according to my book on C6, error 001 is “invalid function number” whatever that means. All it states is to take note of the procedure and call for technical help. When shutting down make sure that you wait for a full minute or longer before restarting.
