    Exclamation FANUC ALARM

    Good day (or evening) to everyone im in desperate need of help we have a Feeler FVP-1000A running on Fanuc oi-md controls we are currently helix boring plates, and after multiple motor locks and resets the machine has brought up a "EX1600 MOTOR OVERLOAD" alarm, we have reset teh machine, checked all fuses and looked though the manuals that were given to us to no avail, please could some help, thanx

    look for an overload tripped on a contactor; consult the electrical diagrams for the relevant OH or OL signal.
