TC for Mac.. CAM? w Taig + Trunnion Tble

I've decided on a Taig machine and will be running a trunnion table.
Mostly I'll be making golf putter heads, which requires some tricky toolpaths - to produce smooth flowing lines. The rounded 3D lines, design intricacies and such are a high priority with regards to quality.
I've done some research and I'm in a bit of a spin at the moment.
I'd appreciate any thoughts on the perfect CAM package for this type of thing...

You might try DeskProto. They've recently added some 5th axis (trunnion) indexing routines, which can approach the work at different angles, although it's not the same as continuous 5-axis machining.
