Post U Axis excess error + Y axis over travel?!!!

I have A Rollomatic 600X machine with auto loader.

Machine name : Rollomatic CNC 600X
    Serial no : 346
Control : fanuc series 16 iM

It has X,Z axis on horizontal movement and Y is vertical.
    U and W are loader axis .

    problem is it giving
“W axis excess error(alarm no 410 W axis excess error) "when Unloading the tool to unloading tray “
at the same time it gives
Y axis over travel alarm also (alarm no 506) .(actually it moves down at that time and giving the alarm ( but happening fast )

not ready alarm at back side 7 segment display on all the amplifiers.

And Y and W are controlling from the same amplifier , other all axes from different amplifier ,

just listing down some of my observations,

*some times error not getting while unloading ( If it moves very slowly)
*error happening only at particular position of the operation
*W axis (ALL axis) works fine while loading
*Y axis also not showing any error other than unloading operation .
    *mechanically W axis is smooth.
*Loading time machine W axis moves normally , there is no problem ,even at the 150% speed
*if moving this axis with MPG , it moves fine , all the axes

Please help me to solve this issue!!!!

did you messing with the speed gain already or any acceleration for the w axix yet? excess error ( is not reaching the reference position on time.)
