For our Hitachi Seiki TF15, with mount robot mr6, Seikos III we are looking for the machine parameters and the ladder diagram. Unfortunately we have lost them, because baterry has run out, and was replaced too late.
Is anybody, who would have the parameters or the ladder?
I would really appreciate any useful informations.Thanks in advance!

Alex,

that works. I do not have that exact revision, but what I have should work for you. Its a newer version, so it will have everything you need. Can you PM me your email and I will send you the ladder files. I am still working on the parameters.

Hi John,
sorry for the delay; we have had some contact to Alex and tried to solve the problem that way.

Our problem is as follows:

* we have a TF15 which contains two TF15 mashines build togheter with robot loading originally by Hitachi and
* the machine has not beed used for the last two years.
* we have lost the parameters now.

What we would like to ask you to send, are the parameters as we only have them in written form.

I made some pictures of the machine and of the machine numbers, etc., if it helps you.

Can you help us with that?

so you have all of the parameters on paper? The easiest thing to do is load them by hand, as you wont be able to load them automatically until you enter the parameters for communication manually. There are not too many on that machine so it wont take too long,
