Has any one used API Controls servo drives?

    Hi,

I have two PS-3303d Brushless Drives and have a hard time locating software for them, any see something related available?

    Thanks
    Dennis

the software costs big money. There is an equivalent drive from Pacific Scientific where the same software is free. PITA.

When I hooked mine up, I made big sparks because I was too lazy to make my own serial cables. I don't know if the pac-sci software works, the spark incident was too much for my fragile psyche.

I was hooking them up to write software for them. They do give the protocol in one of their docs, but it's veiled in programmer speak.
