Contact your local Mastercam dealer as some times they know of good Mastercam programmers looking or in between jobs.

    Re: CNC programmer

I've had a lot of 5axis experience since 1990. I haven't met a job I couldn't handle. I write programs in CAD/CAM and can do adjustments on the fly at your facility as needed. I hear that we are a rare breed here in Michigan. I also do fixture design and build. Ideally I get involved early on to help develop an approach and a fixture that works best for productivity on your machine. My main day job is mechanical engineering ......covering product design, tool design, special machine design..... Let me know if you need any help or just have a question. Most answers are free !

Wow. If I am looking at this thread correctly, it was first posted 5-1/2 years ago. Doubtful they are still looking for a programmer.

Yea I noticed that. I figured being a new comment it might get new eyes on it. I'm assuming it worked since you saw it....lol You never know where you'll find work.....
