feed and speed for high speed

Sum Dum Guy here again. I've been looking at high speed coding using the adaptive roughing feature but came across a small problem.
I know Bo9bCAM has built in speeds and feeds for regular machining but where do you get the speeds for high speed?

One of the guys here offered 931 surface speed, 7500 rpm, and 60 ipm cut rate. How did you come up with these numbers?
Sorry for all the trouble I'm putting you guys thru but I gotta learn somewhere1
Thanks again guys, you really a big help.

Tooling manufacturers will usually supply their own data. If they don't, buy different tools.
