    What about Mach3?

Its great to see that after years of ignoring the 3D printing craze that cnczone is finally including this emerging technology.
What I find odd are the choices for software in this section.

Repsnapper is an obsolete printer driver program.
Skeinforge is the gold standard for slicing models
Slic3r is a simplified version of Skeinforge
And Step-NC is not used for printing.

What about Mach3 which many folks who are members of CNCZone already have and fully understand? Not a popular program for RepRap Forums because if they perfer to use freeware instead of paying for something.

I found that Mach3 works great for driving printers. I'm familiar with it and like the degree of control that Mach3 offers, even for 3D printers.

Tell us more about how you are using mach3. I know Nuri has a plug-in for mach. What have you done to use mach? I plan to use my router with an extruder so I am interested. I use G540s controllers.
