We have a Larken 20-20 that is not positioning itself in the correct X position for subsequent cuts. Proportions of the cuts are fine, but it is mis-aligning, for instance, the first and second 1/16" depth cutting passes.
Also, when cutting letters, it may cut the second letter too near or on top of the first letter.
We are using mastercam x6 and starcnc usb 3.04
Any help would be appreciated.

I had a problem with some of the controller chips in the USB controller. I switched from the 18F452 to a 18F45K22 and there was a bug that crept in.
Send me an email , and i will send out a new chip.

I have received the new controller chip and will be installing it before the weekend.
I'll keep you posted as to how it goes.
