    DMU70 Siemens 840D 5ax feedrate question

In 5ax mode with TRAORI and Cycle832 active My feedrate of 90IPM does fine in a straight X/Y/Z move but then slows to a crawl when a B or C move is called out. (Utilizing a bunch of tiny G1/Vector moves)

The Hypermill Tech seemed to think it was the job of the controller to advance the B/C Feeds to keep the same SFM of part going past the tool. The machine tool tech feels that the holdup is the C axis rotating at 90IPM (as measured at the outside dia of the table)

How do I keep a consistent feedrate at the tooltip?

    Thank you,
    Brian

For those that might also be struggling with this. It was suggested by my Hypermill tech guy to change the Cycle832 setting from finish to pre-finish or roughing. Worked great - I think I actually got a better finish on my pre-finish part. Part times were 33,12,8 mins respective - same program just changed the mode.
