So i go out to get some work done today and my Machine Controller will not come on it's geting power the fan is runing/ but the power light is coming not on. My monitor has on it (Cable Not Connected) it a 1100 2 years old ???????

Maybe turn off, unplug, wait a few minutes, try again... I had an iffy supply once that I had to "reset" this way until it died....

That said, if you sniff the fan area of the supply, can you smell burnt electronics/pcb? Odds are the 5V supply is toast (12V is likely OK as the fan is running.....)

If you have a volt meter, you might check a spare power connector for 5V and 12V.... Supplies are dirt cheap so you might just run to Best Buy or similar and get one....

Read the Troubleshooting section 9 in the manual.
Follow the steps starting at the paragraph "Which sub-system should I troubleshoot" (para 9.6.5. for the Series 3).
If not fixed, gather the details you will gain when troubleshooting and email/ring Tormach if they are open, or post the dets here.
