Tons of used thk linear guide rails and bearings

Hi, i recently purchased a ton of new and used thk linear guide rails and bearings, 15mm and 30mm from 6" to 72" I will be using some of them for my cnc router build but i will have probably 150 (yes 150 of them)guide rails with a pair of bearings each left over, these are used but have been cleaned and checked, sticky or sloppy bearings were trashed. Is anybody interested in some of these in trade for some cool wood or some cnc router work? Maybe some cool name plaques for my daughter and 2 neices? Im sure this is probably the wrong section of the forum to post this but im trying to get to the small time diy at home cnc router audience

Hello Jimmy,I am definitely interested in a set of 30mm rails for all three axes of a planned cnc machine. I need
    2 @ 72"
    2@32"
    2@ 24"
these sizes are not absolute,on the smaller lenghts I could go longer or shorter and I understand these rails can be but joined together to make two short rails into one longer rail,so there are a lot of different possible configurations. Of course I also will need 12 bearings for the six rails.thank you.

Heres a picture of some of the rails i have, sorry for the crappy pictures, my basement is rather dark. I have rails with and without bearings.
    prices

    $15ea. 15mm rail 32" long
    $12ea. 15mm rail 23" long
    $10ft-30mm rail

$60 pair of 15mm rails 23" long with 2 bearings per rail
$70 pair of 15mm rails 32" long with 2 bearings per rail

Also have 30mm rails left but all 30mm rails with bearings sold. Have about 75' of 30mm rails left im guessing.

The rail 15mm rail is hiwin HGR15 heavy duty, sells new for $37ft. For bearings for the rail automation4less.com sells the needed 15mm bearings part number HGW15CCZ0H for $43 each and the 30mm bearing part number HGW30CCZ0H for $70 each but can find bearings elsewhere in different brands cheaper

Also these hiwin rails can be used with these other brand bearings as well, heres a cross reference chart that shows you the part numbers for the other brands
http://www.controlresourcesinc.com/linprice.htm, many of these bearings can be found on ebay for $20-$30 each

I forgot to add i also have a ballscrew and nut, it seems that it does 1" per revolution, total length of it is 15" with about 12" of it being screw, the ends are machined for mounting in pillow blocks and then coupled to a stepper/servo. I will measure it but i believe it is 3/4", looks new, will take some pictures of it in a little bit

Ok, more info on the ballscrew, it is a thk ball screw model #BLK 2020-2.8, specs can be seen here
    https://tech.thk.com/en/products/thkdlinks.php?id=359
It seams its brand new, grease zerk wasnt even installed yet
    heres some pictures

the ends of the shaft are turned down to

    bearing end 1 1/4 depth

drive end with keyway about 2 1/4 in depth

the screw part is 11 1/2"

    overall length is about 15"

the screw diameter is 20mm and has a travel of 20mm per revolution i believe

I will sell this little gem for $75 plus shipping. Would ship in a usps flat rate box

If you have any 25mm rails I'd be very interested. I would also look to trade, as I have HSR35 rails and 4 blocks 1240L, SHS15 914L 2 rails 4 blocks and SHS15 600L 2 rails 6 blocks, all NIB... Would need 1200mm HSR25 rails only (2).

You can not fit other manufacturers bearings to the Hiwin rails, you can only use Hiwin bearing for Hiwin rails & they have to be the right type bearing also for the rail they are going to fit

Well some you can and some you cant, how about this, if you buy my hiwin brand rails make sure you get hiwin brand hgw series bearings.

No not correct, they would have to be made by the same manufacturer, each manufacturer have slight differences in there design so this does not happen
