Looking for Mentor in Massachusetts Area

I am looking for a mentor in the Massachusetts area. My new years goal this year is to build 2 cnc machines and possibly convert my lathe to cnc. One will be a small PCB cutter and the other will be a larger metal working machine (3' by 4' bed). I have done a fair bit of research on the internet but would love to meet someone with some hands on experience. One thing I am hoping for the larger machine is it to also have the ability to do 3d Printing.

I intend to use these machines mostly in my work in Robotics and Green Technologies.

I live slightly below Worcester however I am willing to travel a bit.

I wanted to post back to this thread. At this time I am working on a 10x9 bed cnc mill for pcb creation. I have the frame near completion. I would love to find someone in the area that I can learn from. I have never seen a functional cnc so its a bit of a learning curve. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
