    bijur oil "injectors"

Found these things while looking for Bijur fittings and valves -

They seem interesting for injecting precise amounts of oil into wherever it needs to be. Don't think they're the easiest or best solution for oiling our benchtop machines, but I am curious if anyone knows what sort of pump you'd use with these. Looks like the pumping pressure needs to be between 200 and 300psi, most manual or auto pumps I've seen run about 65psi max.. Any ideas?

    Cheers!

Std gear waylube pump. plunger type will not work. Common fitting really, they allso make them in manifold arrangements that are usually easier to deal with.

I used these flow meters from McMaster - used #2 on ballnuts & #3 on ways
    McMaster-Carr

And this type pump which I got from ebay ..
1 Liter Bijur Type Manual Hand Pump CKE 8 for Bridgeport Milling Machine | eBay

Pretty happy with the system .. seems to put just enough oil on the ballscrews & ways to keep it happy. After adding a check valve on the line going up to the Z it now holds oil in all the lines so does not run out when the mill is sitting for extended periods of time.
