Feedrate override vs programming a faster feedrate?

hey guys. So i had someone here simulate my code ...in..what software im not sure, but he said that when i override the feedrate, is when my work gets undesired inconsistencies. But, i f i dont override the feedrate, everything seems well.

So whats the cause of this? is it, its just too fast for my machine? or is it mach3/my computer can't properly compensate for running the code faster?

I'd equate it to you looking at the directions before you go on a trip and knowing where to turn compared to you driving blind and your wife yelling out right or left as you get to the intersection.

Mach has to apply the feedrate override "on the fly" so it takes a lot more brain power. It is generally better to program it at the fastest speed you might run and then use the override to reduce the speed.

Mach3 will not run as smoothly with a high FRO value then it will with a higher feedrate and no FRO.

The commercial routers I use at work only allow 20% higher FRO, probably for a similar reason.
