    Mazak QT15 T32-2 Control

    Hi, i have just purchased a second hand mazak qt15 with a t32-2 control,its been a few years sine i worked one of these, when powering up my machine i have a alarm 215 chuck malfunction, also ready light not coming on, can someone help please ,

    ps it did power up once but when i tried to zero return it overtravelled

    Hallo,

    I think Your power supply für 24V is not working. Please open the electric cabinet and make some pictures of the parts in it, and then I can tell You what You can check.
