    Circle cut problem

I am trying to make a circular cut for a project in my CAD class. I made a 7 inch diameter circle in V-Carve and told it to output to Mach 3 post processor. When I try to run it, Mach 3 pops up an error message saying, "Radius to end of arc differs from radius to start line 11." I have also had problems with the x and y axis being flipped, but so far they haven't posed a problem for other pieces of the project. Any clues as to what the problem might be?

Probably absolute/incremental setting, or too much precision.
Super X3. 3600rpm. Sheridan 6"x24" Lathe + more. Three ways to fix things: The right way, the other way, and maybe your way, which is possibly a faster wrong way.
