DOOSAN TT1800SY - TORQUE CONTROL ISSUES

    Thanks for looking in...

I'm having an issue with the G300 torque control command on my TT1800SY.

I'm trying to use a live center mounted in the lower turret to hold steady a .500 round SS rod which I intend to thread. I can get the machine to go into the sub program G300, but any value over -80. in my G300 line causes the machine to get hung up inside the G300 sub program. Specifically, it gets hung up at the M117 (torque control on) line of the sub program. If I lower the torque value to below say -80. then the machine will finish the sub program and continue on with very little pressure on the live center.

Any advise on this one is greatly appreciated. I know I'm not pushing very hard on the work piece because I can hold the live center and keep it from spinning with the stock...
