With such slow speed you do not need high power.
You may use smalest Synrad 48-1 CO2 laser. It is air cooled so there is no need to use liquid cooling system..
But must remember that engraving will take long time.

Yup but very few remove sub micron dust particles

That's why dust control in the UK is subject to ignition testing

    cheers

There is nothing you can add "easily" , the easiest and most probably cost effective solution is to buy a small to medium sized dedicated laser engraver/cutter from one of the chinese mnfgrs.

Clean it all you want, any dust shortens the life of the optics by a bunch.

    thanks for all
    it is 5 meters/min (5000 mm/min)

about the synrad, how much does it cost approximatively?
what speed can i expect ?

A decent 30-50W synrad source will cost you round $3-4k for a new or newish one with some warrantee , then you need a Power supply for it and a controller of sorts , and then you need the optics You will end up with a lumbering "engraving" machine that is not really suited for purpose , takes forever to raster engrave (scanning back and forth) , is open and most likely in violation of any codeand dangerous , wont have fume removal and will have consumed a lot your time to set up and get right and might or might not be commercially viable.
I have about 7 CnC routers and the same amount of Laser engravers , if it were easy or simple , I would have converted one of my spare CnC routers...

    Do not worry.
Rodney knows everything better and hates anybody having own mind.

You do not need more than 15W laser becuse of slow speed of your router.
48-1 can be bought for few hundreds. Remember new 48-1 have 16-17W. Used 10-15W. Less than 10W is waisting money.
Power supply is standad 30V DC 10A.
Tickle signal (needed for laser safe operational) may be generated by any source. You may buy Synrad UC-1000 or UC-2000 or make small Tickle generator.
Optics may be chinese for few dollars/pc

445nm laser is VISIBLE blue laser good for visual effects like disco etc.
You can try using it on specific materials but this is only 1W.
