Common Laser Problems and Solutions(1) - Y Axis movement issue on "Test"

    Problem 1:
    For machines with USB mode,

When using the laser to cut or engrave, there is no problem. There is a
problem when using "TEST" to show the job outline.

Y axis movement often makes a
"grrrrrr" sound and does not move correctly.

    Solution:

That is because Idle Speed too fast.
Please modify Machine Options -Worktable - Quick Speed to 100-150.

Also raise the current of the y axis Better larger than 2

Re: Common Laser Problems and Solutions(1) - Y Axis movement issue on "Test"

    Hello,

I have purchased the LC1390 laser cutter a few months ago and I am having some serious problem on the engraving!
I already own another laser cutter from the same company (LG900N) and never had issues with the engraving.
The problem that occurs is that when engraving the X-axis starts to get mad! A strange noise comes off the X stepper and the head looses it's position. As a result the engraving pattern is moving to the X-axis and after a few seconds the engraving stops making a beep.
I have already checked the Groung and it is perfect! However I made a new grounding just in case. Any solutions for this?
Is it a controller issue or a stepper issue?
