Just having the post processor is not enough. You must also have a machine definition set up with that post processor listed for that machine. I take it you have not done that yet. Have you at least taken the MasterCam training from your vendor?

Start MasterCam. Open the Machine Definition Manager. Open the mill default.mmd. Save it with a new name. Turn off the A, B, and C axis. Select Edit Axis Combinations and then save it again. From there, select edit the control definition. Save this with a new name also. Click on the Post processors button. Add the new post processor to this machine definition. Use the pull down menu to select this post processor. Save the machine definition. At this point you can also change things like block number output and arc output. Save everything and close it all. Now open your part and under Operation Manager, Machine Group, Properties, Files you can Replace the default machine definition with this new one.
