    Question CIRCULAR INTERPOLATION QUESTION

I'm circular interpolating a .1615 dia. hole .400 deep in brass using a .125 end mill. Could someone look over my code. Working pretty good but having some chatter issues. Running Citizen L-20

Ah, I see your problem: its your ALL CAPS!!!! we really dont get back to you any faster with ALL CAPS IN YOUR TITLE. I PROMISE. Your post is written nicely so you know where that button is...
*edit* He posted 3 questions in this forum with all caps for titles. That's what I was harassing him for. I know machines only accept caps for code and comments.

on a more serious note the feed looks kinda high. 13ipm in a .008 rad is only going to be cutting the rad for a fraction of a second with nearly full cutter engagement. try slowing down your feed just for the rads. Also I dont see your RPMs. Chatter is almost always either feed or speed. If you have changed those around then maybe a different tool? How many flutes does your tool have? maybe try a 2, 3, or 4 flute tool, whichever you're not using currently.

Try using a "non-carbide" endmill, for brass. Carbide is too stiff and will cause it to "bounce". I have run into this a couple times before and that solved my problem.
FYI, "MCImes", The control REQUIRES all caps in your code or it will not accept the program!
