Making further progress on my build i've installed my newly acquired Huanyang VFD (2.2 kw) connected to a 3hp 3600 RPM 220v 3 phase motor.

When I run the motor manually from the panel it runs great I can adjust the speed/frequency and it responds as one would expect. I have run into a brick wall running it from Mach3. I have a cnc4pc c32 breakout board connected, the relays are woring fine, when I set PD002 to 0 I can switch the spindle on and off using the frequency set on the panel. As soon as I switch to external speed I cannot get it going until I set the PD072 to 50 I can get it going but it always runs at 50 Hz no matter what i set it at.

The 0-10v VI is set properly, I can see it go up and down when i change RPM in Mach3 on the voltmeter.

So basically the relay's work, the analog input works, so I'm assuming it has something to do with a setting in the VFD. I have followed numerous posts and instruction to no avail. The max speed would be hit are 60 Hz

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
