The tool changer is giving me fits. Firtst it gave me an AL37 alarm, I had T1M06: as 1 line. The tool changer crashed into the spindle and now the tool changer will not reset. Through MDI I can only make the 2nd swing arm turn left or right. Nothing else seems to finish it's cycle. I have tried to follow the flow chart in the book but It does not seem to help me.

Give me the whole scenario, i.e. you called the tool, it indexed the magazine, it pulled the tool etc. Where did it end up? Do an M915 to close the ATC door as a start and make sure the door closed confirmation is made.

I called Toyoda and they had me do abuch on things i cant remember. It ended up being some setting somewhere.

Yeah all of the information for ATC such as what tool is in the spindle and what tool is in the transfer arm or sub arm, is located in a Data table that allows you to reset the info to what is true, as opposed to what the machine thinks.
If you go to the table that begins with D0174, that table contains all of that info.
