Hi.

I've become a happy owner of a (second hand) Mdx-40 with Zcl-40 4 axis.... unfortunately the ZCL-40 is missing few parts: the 2 "Y" sensors and the detection tip.... as well as the center drill... but i can fix that!

I believe those parts could be simply be replaced from steel rods or tube of the correct sizes ( for the Y sensors i believe I would need to machine 4 plastic caps to isolate the endings).

I was wondering if any good Samaritan that has or know the correct size of those part could contact me and help me to solve the problem.

I've uploaded a detail of the manual indicating the parts and the measures I'll need to know.

I measured my calibration rods and here are the results:

The short rod is 3.546" long (90mm), the long one is 5.516" (140mm) long. There's a short plastic tip and a long plastic tip on each one; the long one is about .6", the short one is .2". The diameter on both rods is .787" (20mm). I didn't measure the touch-off rod, but it fits in the mid-range metric collet that's included with the mill, which is 4 or 5 mm.
