I bought a Gagemaster Optical comparator with a DRO Quadracheck 2000.or Gage Master /GMX

The DRO appears that is working, but dont read the linear scale. When I run the test, it send teh code "Q axis Bad", then I open it and I found 2 emty slots.
in the x and the Y axis. I want to know is something is missing or I need to do anithing to read the x and Y axis

Is something is Missing can somebody give the name of the modules.
